May i ask you something..
Most of our elderly were put to bed but he couldn t get to sleep. he was always used to go asleep around 11pm. While we were taking a pause he approached me and asked an urgent question. He said i have no money and the banks are closed , how can i pay for the meals i was presented today? So i explained him that everything will be fixed at the end of the month via a pay order. well it took me afew more times to explain but he find some rest in this answer. He told me that most of his life was spent on cargos around the world, so he didn 't have much notion how life ashore had to be managed; It is important in the case of elderlycare, that you listen to whatever worries they have. If you don t it can create a lot of restlesness and confusion in them.
