Clash

I came to a meeting at the hospital I used to work at - well, the new "better" version that is.

It clashes with my professional instinct when I know that all that glisters is not gold. Fancy buildings per se clash with what I know patients need and deserve. I know the staff will work their socks off to provide that care - if they are allowed to...

I bumped into a colleague consultant I used to work in another hospital before this one. Such a lovely guy - still that spark there, but just seemed, well, flat really.

This is the Mother Ship of the hospital I referred to on 9th March... Again financiers win hands down. Clash.

And fed up I didn't have time to call on one of my best mate Blipsters on the way home!
