Freesias

This evening I noticed the light on the freesias that are in a vase in the front window. The colours didn’t really work on the picture but I did like the black and white version. Every Saturday, when I go shopping, I pick up a small lunch of flowers and we’ve become big fans of freesias because of the lovely range of colours and the way in the stems look when in the vase. They have also been lasting quite a while so that we often have a couple of weeks worth of flowers on the windowsill.
