I had to make a collage of all the webs I saw on my early morning walk. Fences and flora are great places for spider designers to work.

Having coffee now and then we will be on the road to home. Will be coming up here again around June 19 with hopes that all the granddaughters can work their schedules to be here for Fathers Day. It is hard to get time with them since they all have jobs that require weekend work. I sometimes wish the were still little so they would be here all the time!

In the extra is the old garden area all clean and flat. In the background at the blue buckets is the new compost bin next to the new garden area to be. In the very back is the chicken coop. Speaking of chickens, yesterday when Tate and I were looking at plants to be moved to the clean flower bed we found a dozen and a half eggs behind a juniper bush! He thought the girls were going through a dry spell but they had only found a better spot. He has been hunting eggs most days since he lets them free range now and usually can find them. Earlier when we were moving wood to burn we found another stash behind the woodpile because we spooked a hen who was trying to lay! Life on the farm is always good for a giggle!
