Battle of the Giants . . .

Not a Triffid, but another Giant Hogweed.  I wonder if that’s what gave John Wyndham the idea, these can grow up to 5 m tall and are extremely phototoxic.
 
Anyway, this one has had a good dose of weedkiller, and has been beheaded along with the others I dealt with on Sunday.  Somehow I think I have a job for a few weeks yet.
 
 
The builders were supposed to return today . . . ??   I guess the weather is too good, that and I bet they can’t get the materials again!
