Some changes to the Coronavirus Restriction levels were intimidated in the Scottish Parliament by the First Minister. No doubt there’ll be shouting and moaning about this or that. Sadly our media fuels the debate. It means that we move down to Level 1 where we are; but it’s fragile as the virulent B.1.617.2 strain of the virus predominates.
