Roadmap Out Of Lockdown Step 3 - Day 16

The Palladian Bridge, Prior Park Landscape Gardens, Bath

The first day of Summer, and a proper Summer’s day, blue skies and 24 degrees! The National Trust is currently carrying out major restoration work to the dams below the Palladian Bridge so many of the paths around the gardens were out of bounds. Nevertheless, spent a lovely morning with B and K, wandering, chatting and taking in the views over Bath, followed by a visit to a garden centre cafe for a cold drink and yes, cake!
