Double Beach Day

Today was a double beach day :))
Mumbles in the morning for a walk and coffee with Mr M and Porthcawl in the evening with Mr M’s mum for fish and chips.
Beautiful weather too.
My neuropathy has improved a lot and I was able to walk much further today without pain.
A good day all round.
