Walking

It was hot but I ventured out for a walk this morning. I had factor 30 on my face, 50 on other exposed areas and I took my UV brolly which is one of the best things for sunny walks (I had malignant melanoma in 2010).
The photo is of St Benedicts Wood which is not far from my home and a lovely place all year round.
I planned to do some stuff in the garden this afdternoon but I sat in the shade there for a few minutes and the sweat was pumping out of me so I went inside and applied a fan!
I did venture out later (see extra photo at almost 4:30pm in full shade) but I only did some light gardening.
Today is Terry's birthday and he's catching me up ha ha. Nothing special for his birthday as he was in his shop, busy.
