Lighthouse

The lighthouse of Oostmahorn.
It is a small lighthouse in the Lauwersmeer, which has been diked in for years. At one time this cove was connected to the open sea and the lighthouse had a duty roster. Today it has more of a tourist than a nautical value.

The tower was built in 1950.
