Yoga ... with people ...

Yes it's true! 1st yoga class since March 2020. Outside and set up with the Canal Trust for their Wellbeing event and held on a grassy area at the Pontcysyllte Aquaduct and Trevor Basin, canalside.

The sun was shining, it was warm and it was so lovely to do a class with people and behind a screen.

After the session, R and I went for a walk along the canal, over the aquaduct and headed to the Limekilns.

Turned round and got the customary ice-cream from The Sweetie Boat.

Lovely day.
