Yellow Lichen

Another lovely sunny day with a cool breeze just perfect.  We took our grandson out to the local playground where he enjoyed walking up and down the paths and playing with some cubes that can be spun.  He isn't so keen on the swing now.  While there I spotted the lichen and thought of tiny Tuesday and have now just seen that the theme is yellow so that is fortunate, if you ignore the other bright colours.

We filled the paddling pool with warm water in the afternoon but found Lucas wasn't very impressed, I think he wondered why it was bath time out in the garden.  He did enjoy eating his lunch outside though.  It was a nature group camera club zoom meeting this evening which I am enjoying.  It is also our daughters wedding anniversary, three years ago now, how time flies.
