Mystery blip?

Probably not as I expect you saw some very similar ice crystals on your windscreens as well this morning.

Chloe spent much of this afternoon in Keswick's council chamber! I had a meeting (I am not on the council we just borrow the room). There was a possible mix up about the time so I arrived right on time but with Chloe - it was suggested that she stayed! She behaved absolutely perfectly!
