Too long

So I've worked from about 9 am this morning till 11 pm this evening with only about two hours off in between for a walk and food as I know I'm going away on Friday and I'm trying to get lots done but now I won't sleep 

Plus I found out today my auntie has pancreatic cancer and I'm not sure how best to help
