Taking Rough With Smooth

I tried with and without an ND filter, preferring the feeling in this shot with a bit of texture in the water and warm light coming in from top right.

A 50/50 split between rocks and lake across the diagonal, reflecting an even division of rough and smooth, we can't always get what we want, unfortunately.

The tones and colour of stone and water is similar, unifying the image.
