Tree Peony
A few weeks ago around May 15th I blipped a birdhouse gourd that the wrens were working on. It got moved a bit and is now safely among the blooming (or nearly ended) tree peony flowers.
The Extra is of a single peony. The regular peonies are still in bud and will bloom later than usual, as does everything else this spring. The huge flowers are a real treat when they arrive. After so much rain I am surprised many are still blooming.
