The hunting of the quirk

Last night saw me chatting to Tilly's teacher - parents evening.
I'm told she is above average and quirky.
It's all going to plan. And the plan is - we don't have a plan.
She let me cut her hair tonight. I promised I wouldn't use the clippers.
