Cardoons

I think that all the recent rain has encouraged these plants to grow much bigger than in previous years. They really have taken over the border. A strange day of blue skies, temperatures in the high 20’s, occasional brisk winds and some drizzle during the late afternoon. I managed to cut the lawns this morning before it got too hot.
