Water Violet

Loving these late summer evenings, last night we went out to the reserve at Staveley. Lovely soft light. These pictures of the water violet - which is new to me - were taken there.
I spent a delicious sun kissed 5 minutes laying On the ‘No Mow May’ grass today before it gets the chop - carefully removing a tiny spider from my hand onto a blade of grass before returning to the day
