Equilibrium

When the bounty of spring and the coming heat of summer seem to be momentarily in equilibrium.

I took this trudging up the hill from the bottom terraces before a late lunch. I’d been planting out more tomatoes and putting in rows of Nantes carrots and ornamental maize.

Temps got up to 25.6C and rising to the end of the week. Lots of rain forecast for Sunday.
