A long wait

Today I met up with one on my sewing friends to construct my latest quilt. I hired the church hall that we use for our sewing meetings, for an hour, a bargain at £7 !!! 

It’s 15 months since we were last there and it was good to chat as we got things sorted. Next step is the quilting. I’ve got an idea of how it can be done, but a pencil and paper exercise will be needed to avoid any need to unpick.

I’ve caught up on my blips, having got a bit behind at the weekend. There has been more variety and excitement in a week, than in the last few months.
