An Apple A Day

today Matt found half a bottle of vodka & a can of Scrumpy in a festival bag from last summer in our basement so I decided to put the cider to good use with a pork & apple dish for dinner. It was snow chaos today, with Matt taking 11 hours to get home last night on the m23 (for a journey that normally takes 30 minutes) and causing £500 worth of damage to his car. It also meant Jodie couldn't get to work as no buses were running this morning - a first as they normally keep the main routes running.
