Another sunny day !

I enjoy being in the back garden. The lupins are particularly pretty just now.
Last weekend I bought a few more aquatic plants for the pond to add to the ones Laurence bought me for my birthday . They are all in situ now.
Sadly the frogspawn did not survive the cold spring weather. But the pond should attract more wildlife with the addition of the plants.
I had a follow up physio appointment this morning. They were pleased with my progress. I have a full range of movement, so mainly need to work on strengthening my core and back muscles . I can start swimming again which is great news.
Down at the allotment I planted out some petite pois in their bed and some sunflowers in the borders.
I had a sleep late afternoon. Catching up on sleep after the busy weekend.
