Journey's end: arrival in the beautiful south

Our journey south today was very straightforward. We easily managed to catch the 13:15 train from St Pancras to Horsham, even though our train from Waverley only came into Kings Cross at 13:01. This house is our journey's end, and our pad for the next few days. We are staying with my middle sister and brother-in-law, plus their two cats.

Not long after our arrival Cindy, Julian and Florence (Mr hazelh's middle sister and family), plus their collie Star, joined us. Our evening's entertainment has been a lovely dog walk in Petworth Park, then a barbecue on the veranda.

Everyone is excited for the main event tomorrow...
