INDY CAR TEST DAY

It's Indy Car test day...basically a day for drivers to acquaint themselves with the track (Road America) and simultaneously drum up some enthusiasm by having a media event.

Here, Jimmie Johnson, 7 time Champion of the NASCAR Cup series talks to the media (newspapers and TV) before resuming his on-track time. He has switched to Indy Cars and, even though he's inexperienced at this level, I wouldn't count him out. He's a fine driver...he just has to get used to turning right occasionally and dealing with open-wheel speed on road courses.

In the Extra, Scott McLaughlin in the #3 PPG car goes a little wide in Turn 6 and kicks up some dust.
