Ready steady go

Well woke up at 1am, 2am and goodness knows how many more times so went to the gym at 5:30am did a 10k run and a 1 k swim. Wonderful hotel, shame Ulsan cant have the same standards.

Thought that I would take a picture of the facilities at the gym as you can see grooming ones self is a big thing here... And yes this is the men's not the lady's.
