Colouring in

I think this is always my favourite time of year in our garden; the colours are all coming out so it’s much less green.

We spotted a week or two ago that our lilac tree has actually blossomed well this year.

To be fair, it was moved around a bit until we found it’s eventual resting place, so understandably has had a bit of a sulk.

Last year, it produced just the one flower; this year it’s covered! :-)
