EH2 2BB - La Foret Noire by Alan Quelleron

One of my favourite chefs in NEW CLUB asked me for the picture of the dessert which he prepared.

I was not satisfied with first picture from the morning hours so I decided to arrange the scene better for the second time in the afternoon. Finally looks better now. Al was satisfied with this picture, that´s great when I heard it.

The name of the dessert is La Foret Noire.
Small description would be: "Black Forest is a powerful evocation of the dark,smothering nature, the forest of dreams and suppressed desires, a rather magical place where lurks, in its most hidden depths,our insatiable gluttony."
