Not Something You See Everyday

Came out my door about 9.30am to see this up the road. There had been signs saying not to park for 2 days. Assume it was for this. Neighbour said they were putting in a telegraph pole behind Tribe. I asked him if it was for telegraphs and he thought maybe the modern day equivalent - internet. Was all over by the time I was home at 4pm.
