Behind bars

Clove the hamster is back behind bars this evening after going on the run last night. She spent a freezing cold eight hours hidden behind the back of the kitchen units scurrying around, much to the frustration of the cat in particular. She'd escaped through the top hatch of her cage after it had been left unsecured. Despite 40 minutes of early morning searching, it was not until breakfast that she emerged none the worse for wear.
