Vegetarians Look Away

So today I had the choice between a technically superior photo that I can easily replicate another day, and this effort that isn't as photogenic but records a good memory of the day...

One of my fellow contractors took a few of us out to a place called 'Ribs of Vienna': a ribs-themed restaurant! A whole menu of various flavours of spare ribs. I had one of their specialities, the 'Meter of Ribs'. Which sounds a lot, but it's really only 3x foot-long strips of ribs. And they're mostly bone anyway.
