Jack on the bike

Got the bikes out again today, we all rode the 4 1/4 miles up to Castle Eden. Took a while to get there, but bearing in mind that Adam is only 5, we did well. Had a pint and a bite to eat in the pub then set off back. I took this picture of Jack while I was riding alongside him. Not a technique that I would promote, it's not very easy rising with one hand and taking photo's with the other! Anyway, I got a picture that I liked and didn't fall off, neither did Jack, but further down the track Adam slammed his breaks on to scratch his nose............. Gail slammed right into him and ended up in a heap on the grass verge. Adam was ok but Gail has a few bruises and bumps and after shopping later in the afternoon, a new cycle helmet!
