Strange game

I've enjoyed this park Bicentennial Gardens)
several times now and yet to see anyone playing this game.

Looks like you use a frisby and count how many throws till you sink it in this thing. Like a golf links, there are holes/baskets to progressively aim towards.
The gardens themselves are partial wetlands on an outer edge of Ballina.
