Blooming Broom

We were given this bloom by an elderly couple during the first lockdown.  As any neighbour would, we were helpful in running some errands for them.  At the time, they told us how frightened they had been during the early part of that first lockdown phase before things settled down and support kicked in.    I guess we all felt a little fear at that time.  With the vaccination and more informed treatment, the fear has gone but the virus hasn't.
