Problems

The drain that the kitchen waste water runs into has blocked and looks as though the pipe has collapsed. Someone was supposed to be coming to deal with it today between 8 and 6.
When nobody had appeared by 6:30 I called and was told the person was finishing a job and would be with us by 7pm. 8:30 arrived with nobody arriving so I called again to be told there was no booking on the system. Apparently someone will come tomorrow between 8 and 6. Until then it's washing up in the bathroom sink.
Not the best timing since my brother and his family have moved in with us for a couple of weeks while they move house.
