On The Tee

The view from the first tee at Royal Musselburgh golf course on a beautiful, warm, sunny morning. Hard to believe! I’d been invited to an outing and it was a pretty good day; bacon rolls, team golf, special prizes, a huge lunch, good company and the course was in great condition. What’s not to like? I even won a bottle of wine for the longest drive although, more importantly, my play wasn’t shockingly bad.
Major technical issues with the Friday quiz tonight meant it was all a bit frustrating for everyone (not least K&L who were operating in a fuzzy time-lapse world!). Still, we managed a bit of a catch up so worthwhile nonetheless. Tried out some new Co-op branded beers as my evening tipple. Thumbs up!
