Signs of life

This fig bush is in my garden and  by this time of the year is normally a profusion  of leaf and wee figs.  The late April frost seemed to have killed it off and I was thinking about what to do with the skeleton when just yesterday noticed some buds, leaves and even .... a baby fig.  The resilience of the natural world ...
