Life from city to village

Triathalon

This morning I was volunteering for the World Triathalon - the amateur races. I was Team Leader for the marshalls on the cycle section. This is the first international sporting competition in the UK since March last year, so its incredible to be able to help. My role was bringing food and water to the volunteers, so I've done 27,000 steps - over 21km, or 13 miles. Well worth it though. Its always a fun event, and one I'm delighted to support.

Same again tomorrow. Apologies I have struggled to keep up with journals again this week, I will catch up. It has been very busy with baking for the afternoon tea etc... But that is the way I like it.
