YEAH G'S SECOND COVID VACCINE DONE

Quiet morning just enjoying the sunshine and quietness.  G had a good night's sleep and is much better today so that is good.  I believe he had a migraine yesterday, which is unusual for him but then with the heat, lack of sleep and dizzy conditions not really surprising.

Anyway he'd had an email inviting him to attend for his covid vaccine early, so we took up this offer and duly arrived in Ulverston, about 30 minutes early (in case traffic was bad, which it wasn't). 

Very slick operation, didn't have to wait until his allotted time, in fact they were encouraging people booked for the evening slots to come this afternoon if at all possible.  Because Garron has to walk with a stick they invited me to go with him, so I did - well as far as the vaccine site and then I declined I sat outside and waited - can't even bear to look at needles.   Very helpful pleasant and efficient staff and volunteers.  The roads were surprisingly quiet and the sun was shining - so great day.

We have a lot of these flowers down one side of the bungalow and for the life of me I can't remember what they are called - they have lots of stamens with minute flowers
