Out n about

Another fun filled day, starting with a cycle to Grassington, meeting the rest of the family there. We then all walked up to Hebden where we stopped for coffee before meandering back along the riverside path with stops for swimming and picnicking. Change of plan for the return journey, my bike got a lift and K & I had a gorgeous walk along the Dales Way back to Kettlewell. Just time for another swim before our BBQ, then in case we hadn't done enough steps, K and I had a short walk up the hill, discovering parts of the village we never knew existed! That's inspired us for the morning's run.
