Cooling off..

Bit tired today having stayed up late watching the magnificent Mountbatten Festival of Music from the Albert Hall by the Royal Marines Band Service. They have a female BandCpl who does some singing and who is absolutely exceptional. Her rendition of “Stairway to Heaven” a couple of years ago was fabulous. Last night she offered us “I’m a Believer” and a part in “Sweet Caroline”.. both were brilliant. You can watch them on YouTube..

Walked into town (bought sweets!) and sought the cover of the shade in the trees (and a stream) to cool down!

Now watching some excitement in Baku.... lucky I don’t have Pirelli tyres on my car!
