Happy 5th Birthday Spencer!!

This day has been a long time coming! Spence has been to so many 5th birthday parties since we came up here and today is finally his birthday!

He opened up some presents this morning which he lived! He got some Lego which he absolutely loves, some books and a cool blow up 4 in 1 pool toy!

He went to school and was greeted at the gate by his 'best girl friend' Willow who gave him a massive hug and 5 pictures she had drawn him!

We were told that spence was to get a certificate at assembly this afternoon so Kaz and I went! Spence was the first one called out - his was for 'always looking on the bright side of life'!! It is great to know he is a happy and enthusiastic boy at school!! He looked so proud of himself up there getting his certificate!

We walked home with Spence's friend, Teddy, and they played all afternoon! Teddy stayed for tea then went home about 6.30 when Fleur came to pick him up!

Spence then opened more presents and spoke to grandparents and eventually went to bed!

I took Joti to the maternal child health nurse today and had her weighed and measured! She is 77cms - in the 95th percentile for length, 9.69kg and her head circumference is 46cm. She is doing really well. She has her 4th tooth poking through now so has two up the top and two at the bottom!

Her personality is shining through and she is so cheeky! When you tell her not to do something, she knows what you have said but smiles at you and keeps doing it! She has starting to give me a little bite when I'm breast feeding her sometimes when she has had enough! If I ignore her, she does it again and then giggles! I tell her no and then she rolls off me laughing! She thinks she is hilarious!
