Hopper & Zinnia

This American Bird Grasshopper was doing her best to avoid my attention. When I moved to one side to get a better shot of her, she would quickly scoot around to the opposite side of the plant stem. We danced like this for a couple of minutes, until I decided that I actually liked this 'Shy Hopper Look', and took the shot. The flower is an Elegant Zinnia growing in our front yard.
