Fishy goings on!

Really chuffed to see this young Common Tern being fed & even more chuffed to have managed to capture the moment!

We heard the young calling ..... then saw it on the wire!

Went up onto the riverbank to get a better view ..... then spotted the adult swooping down trying to catch a fish!

It took several tries before it had success ..... it then brought the fish & fed the youngster ...... hope you like it :-)

This is heavily cropped as it was high up over the middle of the river!

Just made time for a blip & dash ..... will catch up with you all tomorrow!
