Pink and Yellow; Wild and Wet

My mother's favourite colour combination in the back garden: she'd have loved this view of the pond and the wildflowers on the bank beyond.

The sun took most of the day to break through, and the air is still cool when the sun goes in, but even so, a much better day than forecast. Our visitors made it to the beach and back, even if Master Bug Pugglesworth was carried for some of the steeper ups and downs. It's sooo lovely having them here. Joy!
