Pittenweem

Our Sunday trip destination today was Fife. And a beautiful day for it too. The sun was shining and there was a light breeze. We drove to Elie first, then along the coast to Pittenweem and Anstruther before returning via St Monan’s. This photo was taken at the harbour in Pittenweem. This part of Scotland is very picturesque. We found Anstruther a bit too busy for our liking so it was the only place we didn’t have anything to eat or drink . The award winning fish and chip shop there where William and Kate stopped for a fish supper last week was mobbed !!
