It’s been a while…

…18 months to be precise since he last rowed in a competition on water.

It was nice to be back at a regatta, the Scottish Rowing Summer Junior regatta to be precise again. Good to be back at Strathclyde Park.

We dropped him and then I went and dropped stuff off with a colleague who lives close by…first time in 15 months since I’d seen this particular colleague in real life so to speak and not on a zoom! It was nice to see him and his wife.

We then headed back to the park to give Seòras a walk. Luckily managed to be at the finish line as he headed towards it on his single time trial.

Grateful to be out in the fresh air and sunshine :-)
