Box hedge caterpillars

These are box hedge caterpillars that have been merrily chomping away at a small hedge in our garden. We have been picking them off the hedge.I then take them to some scrubland away from our house and neighbouring houses to release them on the vegetation there in the hope that it will satisfy their voracious appetite.
