A tussle

The whole family got together for dinner tonight, so I got to spend some time with the boys.  Sam is now a walker, and he loves to just walk around for the sake of walking.  It's so lovely to see him.  Max isn't there yet, but did take 5 or 6 steps unaided today so it's just a matter of time.  In the main photo you see the twins tussling over a toy - I've shot so many photos of that activity.  They now have a new  quilted cloth tool box and they really enjoy using the tools as well as eating them.  Well, Max had the hammer and Sam wanted it, so he hustled over and climbed on top of Max to get it away.  Fortunately they're much more easy going about this kind of competition now.  In Extra you see Max playing alone and Sam smooching with his mom.  It was a lovely evening, and we all so much enjoy being together as a big happy family.
