Self Care Together 7 - Move Your Body

I get stressed with shopping so like to sometimes have a walk round Corstorphine Hill Cemetery before the shops. Lots of colour in the flowers, Wildflowers & trees with contrasting hazy blue sky & greens of the grass.

Can hear the birds chirping, bees buzzing, squirrels hissing and chattering, the odd woof passing a garden & leaves gently rustling.

Bending & stretching comes with using a camera especially with the low wildflowers.

Think I have fallen in love with the speedwell wildflowers contrasting with the daisies & grass.
